INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Leafy Greens Scramble
1 cup shredded Cabot Cheddar Cheese
4 slices of Bread
3 tbsp. Butter
4 slices of Tomato

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1
Butter one side of each slice of bread. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Spread Leafy Greens Scramble on top of each slice of bread (unbuttered side). Mound around 1/2 Cup of Cabot Cheddar cheese on top of Scramble, and top with slices of tomato. Place remaining bread on top, buttered side up. 

STEP 2
Place the two sandwiches in pan. When bread is golden brown underneath, turn sandwiches over and press flat with spatula. Reduce heat to medium-low and continue cooking until cheese is melted and bread is golden on both sides. Slice and serve hot.
