1 cup Rancheros Scramble
6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Heat grill to medium-high. Just before grilling oil the grill grate.
Clean and dry chicken breasts thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Grill chicken, covered, turning occasionally for 8 to 10 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in each piece of chicken registers 165° F.
Meanwhile, heat Rancheros Scramble in skillet on low heat, stirring occasionally, until warm.
Slice chicken and serve on warmed plates. Pour Rancheros Scramble on top of chicken.
