INGREDIENTS

1 cup of orzo

1 leafy greens jar

1/4 cup of feta cheese

Fresh basil

Pepper

Salt

1 red pepper

1 brocoli

A half red onion

2 tsp. Olive oil

STEPS

1. Boil some water, add the orzo and drain when fully cooked. (As if you cooked regular pasta)

2. Cut all the vegetables and cook them at medium heat, in a pan with olive oil

3. When cooked, mix everything together in the pan, serve hot.
