1 jar Leafy Greens Scramble
1 box penne pasta
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
2 zucchinis, sliced
2 Tbsp olive oil
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook al dente. Drain and reserve.
While pasta is boiling, heat olive oil in a pan. Add zucchinis and sun-dried tomatoes and let cook until the zucchinis turn golden.
Add jar of Leafy Greens Scramble and cooked penne into pan, stir to coat evenly.
