6 Tbsp Leafy Greens Scramble
6 Slices of Bacon
Cabot Cheddar Cheese, grated
Flip a cupcake tin upside down. Wrap bacon around protruding cups and bake in oven at 400°F for 15 minutes or until crispy. Carefully slide bacon off as a ring and cool.
Whisk eggs in bowl until fluffy. Pour into greased muffin tin cups. Place 1 tablespoon of Leafy Greens Scramble into center of each egg-filled cup. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes. Sprinkle cheese towards end of baking time if desired.
Carefully remove egg bites from cups and place inside of bacon rings.
